The main studio provision at ASSEMBLY is a flexible open space on the ground and first floors. These images show the dividing wall being built (left) and alterations to the first floor after division.

We have used as many existing materials as possible during the alteration. Below, a section of the floor is being repositioned to exploit the light from the two west facing windows. The ground floor contains a large kitchen (previously the tea-room of the chapel) with a door to the back yard, two bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry, tool store and work room. Upstairs there is a shower room, and two further rooms as well as storage space.
